Computer is turning the world into a global village and with time not to be computer literate will become a big problem. This understanding underscores the importance of computer education. In Nigeria the Anambra State Government is pursuing this seriously with the provision of computers to many secondary schools to boost computer literacy among the students. Technological development is incomplete without the knowledge of computer.
What is computer? A computer is a mechanical device that accepts data as input, processes same and brings it out as information. In other words when raw data is processed it becomes information. The computer is made up of different component parts such as the monitor, the key board, the mouse, the CPU that is Central Processing Unit. These devices are divided into two:input devices and output devices. The mouse the key board and joystick are input devices.The output devices are the printer and the monitor.
